1. What is the minimum order value?

We don’t have minimum order value.

2. Are your products made in Poland?

Yes, our production is located at the Penitentiary in Bydgoszcz (Poland). In the vast majority of cases, the products are made from Polish resources. You can find more information about the prisoner employment initiative itself by clicking here. Clicking here.

3. Are the prices shown on the website wholesale prices?

No, these are prices for individual customers. The wholesale offer will be displayed after you register and select the "company or institution" option.

4. What are the shipping costs?

The average cost of shipment of a 30kg parcel to the European Union countries is 15 Euros. After the order has been placed our client is informed about all the shipping costs. Clients from outside EU are informed individually about all the costs as they may vary depending on the location.

5. What is the waiting time for an order?

We produce goods in stock, which means that most products are available immediately. In most cases, orders to stores are shipped within 3 working days. A huge advantage of doing business at the Penitentiary is the ability to quickly hire employees, so we are able to complete large orders in a short period of time.

6. How are you able to ensure high quality products if they are not made by experienced saddlers?

When deciding to manufacture at the Correctional Facility, we were aware of the turnover among our staff. As a result, we bet on investing in production automation. We use state-of-the-art machines, where in quite a few cases it is enough to place the product in the machine, then it will be hemmed or cut according to a pre-programmed pattern. Workers are also supervised by experienced staff who conduct quality control. From the beginning of our cooperation with the penitentiary, we were positively surprised by the great commitment of the inmates to work. We all realize how important the quality of the manufactured product is.

7. So are the patterns reproducible?

Of course, we are focused on mass sales and in connection with this, we source raw materials from suppliers who also guarantee us reproducible production.

8. Do you provide invoicing?

Yes, you will receive invoice for the purchased goods.

9. What methods of payment are available:

- money transfer (prepayment, with the third order term)

12. Is the merchandise tagged?

Yes, each product has its own cardboard tag on the back of which you will find such information as product code, size, name, barcode. Each product has an individual EAN code.

15. Do you offer customer-branded manufacturing?

Yes we offer private labeling, please contact us for more information.

16. How can I obtain a product catalogue from you?

Send us an email with the address to which we should deliver it.

17. How are the products packaged?

The products will be delivered in a sturdy cardboard box. Inside, they will be grouped according to model and size.

18. Do you do custom designs?

Yes, thanks to our investment in modern machinery, we are able to make almost any product.

19. Can I use your content, i.e. photos, videos and descriptions?

All customers who decide to purchase our products can use our content. In addition, we can prepare for you a file with higher resolution photos and photos without backgrounds.
